Most questions are answered by the troubleshooting sections: Error Autopilot, Build Beacon. The app's Activity tab usually says exactly why something did or didn't happen.

What to include

• Your Jira site URL and the app name.
• What you expected and what happened.
• The relevant lines from the app's Activity tab (they contain no secrets).

Never send us client secrets or tokens.
