Privacy policy

Who we are

ZCODES ("ZCODES", "we", "us") provides the apps described here. Contact: support@behumbot.xyz.

The short version

• Our apps run on Atlassian's Forge platform, inside your Atlassian site. They make no outbound network calls and ZCODES operates no servers that receive your data.
• We do not sell data, run analytics or tracking in the apps, or use your data for advertising.

Data the apps process

To work, the apps process data inside your Atlassian site on your behalf:

• Error Autopilot: webhook payloads from Sentry, GlitchTip or tools you connect (error titles, culprits, stack frames, environments, releases, links; and, if you enable assignee sync, the Sentry assignee's email, used only to look up a Jira user and not stored); Jira issues it creates or updates.
• Build Beacon: webhook payloads from CircleCI (project, workflow and job names and status, pipeline number, branch, commit SHA and message, repository URL). Commit author names and emails are ignored.
• Settings and secrets you enter, stored in Forge app storage (secrets in encrypted secret storage).

App storage lives in Atlassian's infrastructure for your site and is removed after you uninstall the app, in line with Atlassian's Forge data retention. Jira issues, comments, builds, deployments and issue properties the apps create are part of your Jira data and stay until you delete them. ZCODES does not receive copies.

Operational logs

The Forge platform keeps function logs. Our apps log only processing outcomes (for example "created WEB-42" or "rejected: bad signature") and issue keys, not payload content. ZCODES can see logs from your site only if your site administrator enables log access for the app.

Support and billing

If you contact us, we process your name, email and the content you send to answer you, and keep it for up to 24 months. Purchases are handled by Atlassian; we receive licensing information (such as your site and licence status) from Atlassian under its terms.

Legal basis, sharing and transfers

We process data to provide the service you requested (contract) and to answer support (legitimate interests). We share data only with Atlassian (platform and billing) and as required by law. Atlassian's infrastructure and data residency settings determine where app data is stored.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing support@behumbot.xyz. Data inside your Atlassian site is controlled by your organisation's administrators.
